Delivery Destinations

We only deliver to UK mainland addresses.

PO Box & BFPO Addresses

We’re sorry buy we do not currently deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses, but almost any other UK mainland address will work just fine.

Delivery Address

You can change your delivery address as long as we’ve not already sent your order.

You can change the delivery address by calling our customer service team on 01932 842893.

Registered customers can always log in and change their address(es) (i.e. delivery and/or billing) via the “My Account” dashboard.

Delivery Types

We currently provide the following types of delivery:
  • Free – some orders qualify for FREE delivery (see below for details)
  • Standard – orders are normally delivered within 2 or 3 days of ordering
  • Next Day – orders are normally delivered the day after ordering
  • Pick Up – orders may be picked up at our shop in Weybridge, Surrey.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:
  • Free – some orders qualify for FREE delivery (see below for details)
  • Standard – £2.95
  • Next Day – £7.90
  • Pick Up – FREE

Free Delivery

Any order that totals £1.00 or more (not including any discount coupons) qualifies for FREE delivery. Note – Registered customers who want to pay extra for our Next Day delivery service may still opt to do so.

Delivery Providers

Our delivery providers are as follows:
  • Free & Standard – Royal Mail
  • Next Day – Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Pick Up – Weybridge Sports Ltd

Delivery Tracking

Use of our Standard delivery service does not provide tracking. Those of you opting to use our Next Day delivery service will be able to track delivery:
  • Once your order has been dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, you will receive email and text message notifications which will allow you follow the delivery progress your order is making.
  • You will also be able to assign a safe place to leave the order if you’re not at home, request an alternative delivery address/pick up point, or update any of your contact details.

For orders shipped to Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, we’re unable to provide personal tracking updates. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 01932 842893 with your order ID and they will investigate on your behalf.

Redeliveries

If delivery has been attempted by any of our providers and has been unsuccessful then you can arrange redelivery by contacting them directly. Just use the click through reference on your confirmation email or reply to the SMS text to advise them what you would like to happen. If the package has been returned to us and you want to arrange another delivery then you will need to get in touch with us. If you have any issues at all then just contact our customer service team on 01932 842893.

Collect from Weybridge Sports

If you wish to collect your order from our shop in Weybridge, Surrey, simply choose ‘Pick up at Weybridge Sports‘ from the delivery options when you buy online and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to collect.

Orders are normally available within a few hours, but very occasionally it could take up to four working days.

When all of the items on your order arrive in store for collection, we will notify you via email that it is ready to collect.

We will hold your order in store for a maximum of 21 days – if you do not collect your order within this time frame, we will notify you and issue you with a full refund. Don’t worry, out in store team will contact you before the 21 days are up to remind you that your order is available to collect.

When you collect your order, please bring along your order confirmation.
