Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble 28 day return policy.

If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them for a full refund or exchange as long as they are returned complete with tags and original packaging in fully resellable condition.

Please return with a note detailing your order number and action requested, and enclose with the returned product.

Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt.

Return postage and packing is payable by the customer.

Shoe boxes should be sent in a postal bag. Do not seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box and therefore the return will not be in a resellable condition.

For your peace of mind we suggest you send returns by signed for/ recorded delivery (e.g. Royal Mail Signed For (2nd Class) is £4.00). This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will be able to claim from the carrier for goods that were lost. If you wish you can use standard post – it is more economical but offers no insurance and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged post.



Items Not Required

If you return items as not required a full refund, less postage, will be given.

Items For Exchange

If you return your item for exchange the return cost is borne by the customer.

We will cover the cost of posting the new item.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods will be assessed and if deemed faulty a replacement will be offered or a refund given if required.

The cost of postage that you paid to return the goods to us will also be refunded, up to a maximum of £4.00.

Incorrect Product Dispatched

If we have sent out incorrect goods please accept our apologies and return them to us.

We will re-send the correct goods and refund you the cost of postage you paid to return the goods to us, up to a maximum of £4.00.

Free Products

Free products associated with purchased items you return must be returned also.

If the free items are not returned, unfortunately you will be charged for them at the normal price.

Restocking Fees

It is important that both the product and its packaging are returned in resellable condition.

If boxes are returned damaged, torn, sealed with tape or missing entirely, a restocking fee of £6.00 will be charged.


All returns and refunds are processed within 14 days.

Refunds can only be credited back to the card or method you originally made payment with.

Please note that WeyRun cannot be held accountable for lost or delayed goods when being couriered back to us.
